A lot of my calls with HR leaders start as software conversations. They very quickly become: “Honestly, I’m drowning.” Not because they’re bad at their jobs. Usually the opposite. They’re the person holding everything together. A random spreadsheet someone made in 2019 that absolutely no one is allowed to touch because it “works.” And somehow they’re still expected to be strategic. The pattern I hear all the time is this: Data is everywhere. Processes are manual. Managers need chasing. Leadership wants answers yesterday. HR is stuck firefighting. So instead of working on culture, retention, engagement, workforce planning, or anything that actually moves the business forward…They’re buried in admin. And the really frustrating bit? When HR doesn’t have the right systems, it can make them look slow, reactive, or uncommercial. When really, they’re just working with tools that were never built to support the role HR plays today. That’s why good HR tech matters. Not because another system magically fixes everything. But because it gives HR teams the visibility, structure and time to actually lead. That’s what Bob is built for helping HR move from admin-heavy operations to strategic people leadership. Have a look and get your personal walkthrough https://lnkd.in/eKHzR5X9

There's real pressure on HR leaders to have an AI strategy. The opportunity is significant. AI can help people find answers faster, remove repetitive work, support better decisions and increasingly take action on behalf of employees and HR teams. But we've reached the point where the more interesting question isn't where to add AI, but how to ensure that AI actually works well. Because once AI moves beyond individual productivity and starts operating across real business processes, the environment around it matters enormously. An agent might need to understand an employee’s role, location and employment status. It may need to initiate a workflow, apply the right policy, involve the right person, or trigger the next step in a process. And it needs to do all of that consistently. AI does not eliminate operational complexity, it amplifies it. That’s the part that deserves more attention. As organizations move toward agentic ways of working, every connection beneath the surface starts to matter more. Is the data connected and the workflows consistent? Is there clear governance around what AI can access and act on? Does it work end-to-end, or only in isolated pockets? This is the thinking behind HiBob’s unified architecture. Bringing people data, workflows, and governance together gives AI a common foundation to work from. And as execution becomes increasingly agentic, that foundation becomes even more important. The organizations that get this right won’t necessarily be the ones that deploy it everywhere first. They’ll be the ones that make it dependable enough to use everywhere it matters. If you’re thinking about how to build that foundation, take a look at Bob: https://lnkd.in/g6qqYa9U

Då börjar effekten synas i frånvarostatistiken.

Sätt in rätt åtgärd i rätt tid – så minskar avgångarna. 🧩

Was ist passiert? Zum Beispiel: Eine Werkstudentin erhöht während der Semesterferien ihre Arbeitszeit. 2. Welche Nachweise lagen vor? Immatrikulationsbescheinigung, Arbeitszeitnachweis und dokumentierter Statuswechsel. 3. #gamechanger
